Our priority is to work with outstanding local professionals who translate into their native language. The founder of Yes is Ola Czarniecka, a professional linguist and cultural sciences graduate based in Berlin, Germany. With over twenty years of experience in the field of Motion Picture and Video Production, Ola knows how to navigate projects of all sizes and complexity to their successful end. Communication in a multicultural environment is one of her many strengths. She specialises in translation between Polish, English and German.

Via the contact form you send us your document and receive a quote stating the price and the delivery deadline. Once you confirm the order, we spoke about the text, received instructions from you, and you signed the contract with us, we can start working on your translation. Common Office apps like Word, Pages and Excel offer word calculating functions. If you do not know the exact word count, don’t worry – just send us your file and we will contact you ASAP.
We handle all popular file formats — feel free to ask us if you have any questions.
We start billing at 100 words. Anything below that will be counted as a 100-word-translation.
- For orders below 1,000 words, you can pay after delivery, upon receiving the finished translation.
- For orders above 1,000 words, we ask for a 50% payment upon order placement and another 50% after delivery.
- For orders above 5,000 words, we ask for 25% payment upon order placement and another 75% after delivery.

We translate on average 2,000–3,000 words per day; turnover times of less than 24 hours are possible for orders of that size (as long as all translators are not busy for the day). Feel free to contact us so we can send you a binding deadline for your project!
Yes. We treat all documents as confidential. We are also happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting our collaboration.
